Part-Time Marketing Coordinator
This position is primarily responsible for assisting with marketing Fountains Land real estate properties, including creating property marketing reports, designing advertisements, email marketing, maintaining files, ensuring real estate laws and regulations are met, record keeping, and database entry.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Journalism, or a related combination of education and experience preferred. Experience in the real estate industry is extremely beneficial. A highly motivated and creative self-starter must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and works well in a team environment. Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with WordPress, Constant Contact, and a CRM. Experience creating high-quality graphics, print collateral, and digital content. Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and excellent time management skills. Excels at managing and prioritizing multiple deadlines. Ability to flexibly adapt to fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
